In the year 2026, Diego El Cigala will pay tribute to Bebo Valdés with a special tour commemorating the 25th anniversary of the emblematic album *Lágrimas Negras*. Accompanied by pianist Jaime Calabuch ‘Jumitus’, Israel Suárez ‘El Piraña’ and Marcó Niemietz, this tour reinterprets the repertoire that marked a before and after in Latin music and Afro-Cuban jazz, with the backing of major European festivals.
